AutoNet 6.03 is an Excel (97 or later) based machine-learning program which determines its own architecture (nodes, hidden layers, learning rate, preprocessing of inputs, squashing functions, etc.) to minimize error.  Complete instructions, documentation, references, and sample data sets are included .  This nonlinear modeling approach, first published in 1992,  outperforms most current commercial neural network programs.  You may use and distribute this version of AutoNet without charge, but please acknowledge Peak Consulting.  Source code (VBA) is readable and modifiable for your purposes.

HHP 4.01 is an Excel (97 or later) based implementation of Breiman's hinging hyperplanes technique.  Instructions, documentation, and sample data sets are included.  For discriminant analyses, special statistics may be reported with the ROC macro software, also included.  Hinging hyperplanes are theoretically universal approximators, but this implementation may not always find the global best solution.  You may use and distribute this version of HHP without charge, but please acknowledge Peak Consulting.  Source code (VBA) is readable and modifiable for your purposes.

ALNfitPro is a Windows implementation of adaptive logic networks provided by Bill Armstrong of Dendronic Decisions, Ltd. and will soon be available as open source.  ALNs are theoretically universal approximators for any problem in regression, classification, and function approximation.  You may use and distribute ALNfitPro freely under the GNU open source licensing agreements.  Tutorials (zipped Windows .wmv files) on the use of ALNfitPro are also available below
